Terms and Conditions

§1 Binding contract
The online order is a binding contract between the buyer and hoedlmusic. By submitting an order, the buyer agrees to these terms and conditions.

§2 Reservation of proprietary rights
Until complete payment has been made, all articles remain our sole property.

§3 Payment, payment deadline, delayed payment
Payment for purchases is made on account. Following conclusion of the contract, the buyer is obligated to immediately pay the purchase price into the specified account. In the event of delayed payment, interest will be charged on the purchase price. The default interest rate is 5% per year.

§4 No right to exchange
For reasons of copy protection, sheet music cannot be ordered for inspection and cannot be exchanged.

§5 Delivery and shipping costs
The items ordered will be sent to the address given by the buyer.
Shipping costs are:

0,1 – 1kg

• Austria: EUR 3€
• Europe: EUR 9€ (Priority)
• World: EUR 16€ (Priority)

1 – 2kg

• Austria: EUR 4€
• Europe: EUR 16€ (Priority)
• World: EUR 25€ (Priority) 

All shipping costs are to be paid by the buyer. Orders within Austria will generally be delivered within 5 business days, in Europe within 10 business days and world within 20 business days. The buyer will be informed should the delivery require more time.

§6 Price
The prices indicated are the final prices, including value-added tax.

§7 Place of jurisdiction is Vienna, Legal language is German.
